We needed to evolve the primary branding to bring the brand style forward to suggest this facilitation imperative, adept for on and offline channels, and infused with a clear sense of graphic difference.
The solution elevates the bridging T letterform, and visually amplifies the idea of ’T-shaped people’ - those that are capable in many things and expert in, at least, one, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas.
