We made an identity that makes t-shaped people the standout heroes of change and social responsibility.

Charities do extraordinary work but can lack the business skills they need to grow. Business people have those skills but need the right opportunities to share them. As such, talenTtrust was founded to create those opportunities.

We needed to evolve the primary branding to bring the brand style forward to suggest this facilitation imperative, adept for on and offline channels, and infused with a clear sense of graphic difference.

The solution elevates the bridging T letterform, and visually amplifies the idea of ’T-shaped people’ - those that are capable in many things and expert in, at least, one, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas.
